Advanced Horizon saved my escrow from falling out!! My deal was in escrow and buyers were "fully underwritten" by Wells Fargo and after weeks of getting the run around, they could not do the deal at the 11th hour. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but Devon reassured me and connected with the buyer immediately. Devon did an excellent job helping us get our recent house. He was very thorough and diligent in handling all aspects of our loan. This guy works night and day. It's the second house Devon has handled for me and it won't be our last. He did an amazing job taking care of any issues that came up, made it so easy and straightforward. He went out of his way to help us close in 17 days, would've been sooner if it wasn't for the holiday weekend.

If you want to buy a home or refinance, Devon and his team are the ones to go to. They are fast, friendly and professional. I have refinanced at least four times over the years to get a better rate and Devon made sure to take care of me each time. As for their speed almost everything can be done electronically, and in a week or less. This is the first time I'm writing a review on Yelp. I recently closed on a home and the loan process was smooth sailing thanks to Devon Doan (loan officer of Advanced Horizon Lending). My case was complex due to that I'm self employed, but with the help of Devon Doan my loan closed and funded earlier than anticipated. I've bought and sold many homes in my life, but all of the loan officers and lenders were the same. They either charged me lots of points and stressed me out through the process. My experience with Devon was different and smooth. He would contact me constantly to guide me through the process. He helped me to cut cost and get my loan approved without any stress. This is unbelievable. I would never go to any Loan Officer from now on. I'll stick with Devon Doan wherever he goes. I've been telling all my friends and family all about Devon Doan. I highly recommend Devon Doan to anyone who is looking to close on a house quick and need a loan!! P.S I know I do repeat his name many times here.

In such a saturated space, finding a broker I can trust has always been a daunting task. It can be a tricky process, and I always find myself being skeptical when I start the process.
